Ah yes THE SUMMER TERM IS ALMOST HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been waiting soooooooooo super much for the summer term to come!!!! Ok I am going to talk about…

                        Summer holidays!

Ok well the summer holidays are so fun and packed with amazing super things you can do so that you can never be bored! like…

• Going to a pool/paddling pool in your garden.

• Having a BBQ with your family and friends.

• Going to the beach.

• Getting an ice-cream.

• Or the thing that makes me more excited than any of these things, going on holiday!!!!!

Going on holidays is a great way to try new things like, foods, activities and experiences! This year me and my family are going to Croatia! I’ve been to Greece, Turkey, Switzerland, Spain, and some more that I can’t remember. Tell me in the comments have you already planned something that your going to do in the summer term?

 

Who Am I?

Ok enough of me blabbing on about me, what about you? This quiz it for you to see what kind of a person you are! Good luck!

 

Q1.If you knocked a little childs ice cream on the floor what would you do?

A. Apologise and offer to buy them a new one.

B. Apoligise a lot and apologise to the mother and give them 3 pounds or so. But not quite enough to buy them another ice cream.

Q2. You bought a new top! You have fallen in LOVE with it! Your extra careful not to spill anything on it because it’s hard to wash. But oh no! Someone just spilt their drink on you!

A. You assure them that it’s ok but deep down you want to scream at them.

B. Tell them that they spilt their drink over them, but just walk away trying not to cause that much commotion.

C. You scream at them and tell them that are are an idiotic loser and storm away.

 

Q3. Your mum has bought you the most baby-ish T-Shirt in the world! She forces you to wear it to the shops. But great! You see your crush!

A. You don’t care much and just explain to them that your mum made you wear it.

B. You tell you mum if she could hurry up and drag her to the next asile.

C.You shout your mum we have to go now and run away to other asile.

Q4. There is an audition for a music video with your favourite singers. Your best friend wants to do a singing spot even though we won’t be singing in the real thing it will show of our talent. But then your best friends enemy comes up to you and offers to do something way better than what she was originally doing. You say sure. Who are you going to pick?

A. Your best friend obviously we can always make this better.

B. The enemy, theres always next year, you also have to apoligise to your friend. You also tell her that you can ask her to join.

C. You don’t do any, It’s so pointless no one from our schools going to win anyway.

 

What did you get?

Mostly A’s? You are a soft, kind person, but sometimes you have to step up a bit.

Mostly B’s? You are a kind person but when something goes wrong you really go for it.

Mostly C’s? You are a really firey, hot tempered person! You need to try and calm down a bit.

 

Poems!

Ok so this time I am going to write one poem because I don’t know which
ones I’ve done already so this ones called Love and I wrote it on  valentines day 2016. Hope you like it.(It’s quite short!)

 

Love

Love is all we need,

Love is the thing we need to succeed,

Love breaks us apart and brings us together,

You have to dig deep down to find your love and you will see that,

Love is in everyone.

Ok random time! So in random time i’m going to write as much words as I can in 10 seconds and then write a short story for you! Here I go…

Table,(Not very impressed with that one!)

                                        Ok lets start writing!

One summers day, when the flowers blossomed and filled the fresh air with sweet perfume, a cat came along the street. She was called Sprinkle. Sprinkle lived in a house on Cake Road. She loved that name so much that she brought her best friend Barry (which was a dog) Over to eat the road sign with her. You see Sprinkle wasn’t a very clever cat. She thought that whatever things were called, it was actually that thing, so she thought the sign that says Cake Road was actually a cake. Sprinkle made a plunge through the air before Barry could stop him and expected for her to land in soft, mushy cake, but oh no, she landed on a hard, cold sign. Sprinkle was so upset that when you went inside she stayed under a table for the rest of the day. Until The owner Tilly gave her a piece of her birthday cake! Sprinkle invited Barry over, they were happy emojis!!!

The End

Ok guys, that was one weird story! LOL!!!!! I’ve had so much fun making up that story, telling you about the summer term and making up the who am I quiz! Hi guys it’s Lily again. Today I’m going to be talking to you about christmas, short stories and much more, so I’m going to tell you about the best thing first… CHRISTMAS!

Christmas

So christmas… What do I like the most about christmas? Well I love presents obviously but I also like seeing my family. My Untie Linda, Uncle Mark, Nanny Carol, Grandad Bill, Dad Steve, mum Maria, sister Emma and me makes 7 people that I see at christmas. (If I don’t count myself because I can’t see myself!) I have a sort of routine that me and my family (Dad,Mum, Sister and me) do. Me and my sister always wake up first and rush to our stockings at the end of our beds, then do a photo booth on the computer, wake up our mum and dad, all eat breakfast and FINALLY open our presents. Then we get a table and a tray out and put some quality streets and pringles out and wait for everyone to come. And then we do this and that and when everyone has finished dinner I play a christmas tune on my piano and Emma plays a christmas tune on her guitar.

Short stories

So If you are bored try one of my sure bore activities. Last time it was hobbies I think and this time its short stories. So listen up and follow the rules.

•  Get a piece of paper.
• Draw on the paper so that there are 4 equal parts.
• Write 4 names, jobs and settings and get a dice.
• Then label one of the 4 names 1-4, the jobs 1-4 and the settings 1-4.
• Take turns of rolling the dice so that all of you playing has 1 job, name and setting

Get creative and write a short story with that characters name, job and setting.

Hi guys, it’s Lily again, and today I’m going to be talking about the half term, my birthday coming up and some more of my poems, so I hope you like it! But remember you have to read my first blog before this one!!! So first of all I’m going to be talking about quick ways to do the 9 times tables!

Times tables

so first of all I would like to say thank you to my friends Ruby and Emily for showing me this method it was really helpful! So first of all you will write 0 to 9 in a column like this..

Then you write next to it in a column 9 down to 0…

then if you look at it their’s your 9 times table!

Ok now were done with that lets move on my birthday!!!!!

Birthday

Ok so my birthday (today as I’m writing this) is tomorrow!!! If you want me to be precise its on the 27th of October. Now everyone has a theme or something special to do on there birthday and I’m going to have my party on my birthday and I’m inviting 2 of my friends round for a sleepover. But first we will go to a place called Jump Giants! Now if you don’t know what that is it’s basically a big, big room filled with trampolines so the walls are trampolines and the floor are trampolines! It would be pretty cool if the ceiling were trampolines, but that won’t happen will it? There’s even sports but not ordinary sports as the floor is a trampoline and you jump on the trampoline and try and throw the basketball through the hoop! Then there’s doge ball and you can jump on trampolines to miss the ball! Then, last but not least… THE FOAM PIT! So there’s one big trampoline in the middle and 2 little ones on the side and you can just boing into the foam pit. ( The foam pit is actually quite hard to get out of because it feels like your sinking in foam!)

The Rainforest

The lurking predators that stroll through the night,

The moon and the stars shining bright,

Owls hooting, tigers growling shaking with fear, coldness and fright,

Now that is a rainforest, a rainforest at night.

Inspired by my learning in year 4 about the rainforest

Feathers

The soft touch of feathers,

The different kinds of weathers,

The sweet smell of heathers,

The class full of clever’s,

Inspiration by a feather tissue box my nan gave to me.

Christmas tree

Christmas tree,

Oh christmas tree,

Your as bushy as can be,

Your emerald leaves,

Always fall of the tree,

But christmas tree,

Oh christmas tree,

Your still a delight to see.

Half term

So thats finished now the half term. So this is not going to be all about me this time because I want you to comment and tell me what you are going to do for the half term! It can be inviting your friend over to going to a theme park. If you are not doing anything (which is quite unlikely) just say what you wish you were doing so there is no excuse saying that you didn’t do anything in the half term. So that’s it from me but feel free to not say what your doing in the half term and just type something else, so thats it. My 2nd blog finished!

Hi Guys it’s Lily here. Now, this blog is going to be about my poems, hobbies and what I’m going to be talking about soon. So are you sitting comfortably? Good, lets begin…

Now everyone has a hobby. What’s yours? It could be reading, sports, or even cooking! Have you got one? Great, so lets get started. Now I know what your thinking – why on earth would you want to be talking about hobbies? Well I’m going to tell you. So, I want you to think of a hobby, then I want you to think of the 3 main reasons why you like it. So if I was cooking, I could say the first reason I like cooking is because you can start cooking your own meals by yourself, the second reason is that it’s fun for you and your family and the final reason is that afterwards you get to eat your treats up. Then leave a comment saying what your hobby is and your 3 reasons why you like it. That will be a fun thing if you’re bored. So now its poem time!

Now I love writing poems and I just can’t stop myself from writing one so I have decided to share my poems with you,and by the way I just want to tell you that I definitely made these up by myself! Comment on your favourite poem and the one that you think I could improve on.

A wand,

The Village

Lots of seeds,
